In these pictures I am showing the buildup of the firebrick courses on the interior of my gigantor furnace and if you peek into the cinder block holes you can see where I am pourining the generic kitty litter. I guess I was paranoid about fire getting out of the area but this containment would be more than plenty to hold the heat and flames.
In these photos you can see more of the Perlite filling that I put in the space between the fire brick interior and the cinder blocks. Also I have topped off the cinder block holes with kitty litter.
In the front I put two fire bricks upright, like soldier bricks, to start forming a place for the burners to go into.
